We will hold the reunion at this point in time, Even if we only have 30 or so attendees. So join us if you wish. We hope to see you there. The hospitality room will be open on the 23rd through the 25th from 0800 till 2200 hours. Plan on arriving on Thursday the 22nd so that you can be fresh and ready to meet your MSO Brothers and start to tell sea stories. The Hospitality room will be open after 1100 on Friday, October 23, 2009.

Our Planned Official Reunion day will be Saturday October 24, 2009. The day will begin around 0900 when we board a bus to Battleship Cove for a tour of 4 different ships including a Battleship, a Submarine and others. We will have a catered meal beginning at 11:30 and then a Memorial service afterwards. Your Registration fee of $35.00 per person attending will cover your admission to the Cove as well as the meal. The NMSOA Will cover transportation as always. We will also be having beverages and snacks as always in our meeting room at the hotel upon our return after the tour. On Saturday afternoon/evening we will hold our 50/50 raffle and awards ceremony. A great time will be had by all as per usual at our reunions. BE SURE TO BRING YOUR MEMORABILIA FOR DISPLAY IN THE SECURE MEETING ROOM!!

Fall River MA is located approx. 35 minutes from TF Green Airport in Providence/Warwick. Most Military reunions attendees will rent cars to get there. There are lots of things to see and do in the area. For example: The Whaling Museum in New Bedford, Lizzie Borden House and Battlehsip Cove in Fall River, Westport Rivers Winery, Newport (the mansions, Davisville, Naval War College Museum, lunch at the Officer's Club), Boston to see the USS Constitution and tour of the city, Mystic Ct to see the Submarine Nautilus and Museum - gambling at either Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun, etc.

Dress Code: Come casual and enjoy yourselves. We don't need to impress anyone after all these years.

Please Note: The NMSOA Reunion Registration Fee of $35.00 covers the crew member only, if a guest is accompaning you, each guest is also $35.
The fee covers the expense of the Hospitality Room and the cost of snacks and beverages and includes a catered Captains Buffet at Battleship Cove as well as admission to the cove. If you pay your registrations online or thru the mail ahead of time, the fee is the same. If you wait until you reach the door, it will be $5.00 more per person. We really NEED to know who will be attending because of the catered meal, name tag, and other counts necessary for us to fulfill our end of the deal. These talleys, usually have to be in ahead of time.
